I had a ball in Charlotte on last weekend for CIAA. I met some new faces and saw some familiar ones. It feels great to get back out there and talk about my stories. It’s been a long time coming. So many of you may not know, but I am releasing Plain Jane 2 on Tuesday, my first in a year and the follow up to a book that came out three years ago. You can pre order it here. Granted, it took me a long ass time to get this done. It mainly had to do with the fact that i was too busy building and encouraging everyone else.
Publishing and molding authors can be fulfilling but I soon found myself surrounded by takers and users who just wanted Tamika to do the work. So while I pushed them I allowed my own writing career to fall on the back burner. Well, that is finally coming to a end. I am back with Plain Jane 2 and will follow up with two more books this year. I am also back on the road signing, speaking, and meeting all of you.
